Beauty is Often Found in Hard Work

In my photo, I’ve captured my papercraft model of the Titanic, which I put together myself with a lot of effort. I spent hours working on each small part, carefully building it piece by piece. To others, it might just look like a simple decoration or a toy, but to me, it’s meaningful because I know how much work I put into it. This reminds me of the Joshua Bell experiment—just like his music was ignored in the subway by the people passing by. To them, he was just a normal street artist; only he knew how much effort he was putting in. For me, I feel connected to the message of the Joshua Bell social experiment because we both put so much effort into the things we love, and to others, it might just be an ordinary thing. It’s a reminder that beauty is often found in the hard work and care we put into creating something.
