Different But Not Separate

In art, there is a principle that in warm-colored paintings, there will be cool-colored details, and in cool-toned paintings, there will be warm-colored details.

These details in a painting will always be the most prominent and different compared to other colors, but for that reason, they are added to make the painting more harmonious. Although they look different from other colors, they can still be in harmony within the painting.

Just like children with disabilities, they may be different, but that does not mean they should be treated differently or considered unable to get along with everyone. Just as no matter how different the colors are, as long as they are placed in the right position and used in the right way, they can still create a beautiful painting. This means that children with disabilities also have outstanding talents compared to others; it is simply a matter of whether we recognize and nurture their abilities.

If their talents are properly developed and given the opportunity to shine, they can contribute to making society better—just like how warm-toned details complete a cool-toned painting. Colors, no matter how many shades they have, are still colors, and humans, no matter how different they are, are still human.
